A twin Mum, all about FUN fitness, and dancing since the age of 3, Karen has trained in many aspects from tap (as a teacher) to ballet, modern and salsa. Qualified specifically in dance-fitness for 10 years, she is also a Zumba teacher, and has been teaching Jumpce classes since 2016 and Totally Shredded as part of lockdown fitness. 3 years ago after snapping ankle ligaments, she undertook a personal rehab journey, and has now become the epitome of why Jumpce is great for strengthening ankle, hip and knee joints whilst also enabling cardio workout, due to the low impact. "I passionately LOVE JUMPING, everything about it from the amazing health benefits, to the high energy and fun factor it brings! We have amazing fun whilst working out!! "4 years after my ankle injury I'm still unable to run without pain, but love the fact that I can jump on my trampoline, strengthen the ankle, AND get a fab cardio workout! Jumping is literally suitable for nearly everyone and now I'm loving our Virtual Classes too!" Karen is also now trained in free weights teaching Lift Lean and also Fitness Pilates, plus she is Pre and Postnatally trained.

CarlyGuest InstructorCarly is one of our lovely Cover instructors and sometimes covers on a Saturday morning for Saturday Jumpce Zoom calss. She brings a fresh flavour and different style to our classes and has been teaching rebounding for 5 years and loves it! As a young girl she used to do Disco and Freestyle dance so has always loved dancing and jumping to music, but as soon as she began rebounding classes and teaching she has noticed a massive improvement in her balance, and core strength, and she had more energy. Carly loves the postworkout buzz and all round atmosphere that a room full of jumping peops brings and she is a keen walker - often spending her weekends trekking round Surrey!
