What is Jumpce?

A fun mix of jumping and dance!
​
A FUN ‘jump and dance’ exercise class, set on mini-trampolines, with minimal impact to joints, high calorie burn, and a great aerobic workout! We have VIRTUAL classes, and LIVE face to face (when we are able to!) along with recorded ON DEMAND classes, and currently a host of other options making up a fun and motivating Weekly Pass!
Jumpce is choreographed to dynamic tunes, includes a cardio section, plus all over arms and abs workouts! We use a variety of muscles, and tone up from head to toe!
​Great for cardio fitness, toning up, weight loss and fun, burning more calories than running!
