What is Jumpce?

A fun mix of jumping and dance!
​
 A FUN ‘jump and dance’ exercise class, set on mini-trampolines (rebounders), with minimal impact to joints, high calorie burn, and a great aerobic workout! We have LIVE VIRTUAL classes, and LIVE face to face STUDIO classes, along with recorded ON DEMAND classes, and currently a host of other options too, both in Studio and online, making fun and motivating Weekly options for you to try!
Jumpce is choreographed to dynamic tunes, includes a cardio section, plus all over arms and abs workouts! We use a variety of muscles, and tone up from head to toe!
​Great for cardio fitness, toning up, weight loss and fun, balance, and burning more calories than running!
​Jump, dance and bounce your way to fitness virtually, or in Godalming and Cranleigh - we look forward to jumping with you!
