A twin Mum, all about fun fitness, and dancing since the age of 3, Karen has trained in many aspects from tap (as a teacher) to ballet, modern and salsa. Qualified specifically in dance-fitness for 8years, she is also a Zumba teacher, and has been teaching Jumpce classes since 2016. 2 years ago after snapping ankle ligaments, she undertook a personal rehab journey, and has now become the epitome of why Jumpce is actually AMAZING for strengthening ankle, hip and knee joints whilst also enabling cardio workout, due to the low impact. "I passionately LOVE JUMPING, everything about it from the amazing health benefits, to the high energy and fun factor it brings! We have amazing fun whilst working out and I'm all about fun fitness!! 2 years after my ankle injury I'm still unable to run without pain, but love the fact that I can jump on my trampoline, strengthen the ankle, AND get a fab cardio workout! Jumping is literally suitable for nearly everyone!"

Katie has been on a massive fitness journey and is totally inspiring. She undertook a fitness journey of her own and turned her life around from being totally unfit, to attending classes such as Jumpce and bootcamps to make herself stronger, lose weight and tone up. She loved it so much that after a year of taking various classes she took her fitness exams so that she too could qualify as an instructor in Jumpce and various other formats, and she is now totally inspirational to people trying to lose weight and get fit. Katie says "If I can do it, anyone can!"

Jenny is a trained dancer, and is qualified in many aspects of the dance-fitness industry. She has been teaching Jumpce classes since August 2017 and is also a qualified personal trainer. She is also disciplined in many other aspects of the fitness field such as Zumba, Pilates and Yoga amongst others, and is totally passionate about the health and fitness industry.

Claire kindly covers the Godalming classes for us sometimes and her choices of 80's or Ibiza mixes always go down well! She has been rebounding since February 2017 and is also a fully trained Bowka and Kettlebells instructor, and trained dancer. She opened her own linedance school 18 years ago and then looked at other fitness classes and found Bokwa. Claire then tried one of our Jumpce classes a few years ago and says " I was then hooked on jumping! Fitness is my release after working full time in an office and being a Mum of two kids. I love teaching rebounding and also Kettlercise".

Julia kindly covers our Cranleigh classes sometimes and is a qualified trainer in a multitude of fitness styles such as spin, kettlebells and boxing. She also hosts bootcamps, aqua aerobics and dance-fitness, and enjoys working with people aged 11-80! "The first time I did this class I absolutely loved it! It was fabulous and I just knew that I wanted to be a Jumpce Instructor. It's so great to have something that is so different for Cranleigh, I can't wait to be a part of this and I love that it's so new and different! Working out to some good music is key! I am now addicted to the trampoline!"
