Need to know & FAQ's
Classes are for ages 13 plus, with a choice of 3 venues; Godalming and Cranleigh or Virtual classes, so you can be anywhere and join us!
Virtual class prices are per house.
All classes MUST be prebooked and prepaid directly ( see our How to Book section) to ensure that there is a trampoline available for you in our live classes or space virtually.
We are very sorry but we will be unable to accept clients who arrive to a live class and have not pre-booked and prepaid for a trampoline.
* What to wear?
Usual workout gear – t shirt, leggings, and trainers with a good grip and supportive for ankles for a fun Jumpce workout! (It's a good idea to wear your most supportive sports underwear for bouncing!!)
* What to bring?
A big bottle of water – you’ll need it. Also please bring a towel as classes have a toning section so you may want to use it to absorb some excess!
* Will my pelvic floor be strong enough?
THIS IS THE MOST POPULAR QUESTION!!! Don't compare these mini trampolines to larger bouncier garden trampolines, or ones your kids might jump on! These are far tauter and nowhere near as slack. This means it's not as much pressure on your pelvic floor. If you are really worried just wear a light pad the first time, that's VERY common. But what you will find is that over time this is a MASSIVE pelvic floor strengthener (twin Mum speaking here!) so please don't let that worry put you off! There are VERY FEW bodies that are unable to jump because of pelvic floor issue, and if so then that's usually a highly unusual medical condition and maybe from a very complicated birth, and in this case we really recommend speaking to your doctor. It may be that you need a course of Pilates to strengthen your pelvic area. Most of our instructors are Mums and a large % of our participants have also given birth, so we are happy to chat!!
* Can I come on my own?
Yes! We are welcoming and friendly, we realise that not everybody has friends and family that want to do the same things, or are free at the same time! Maybe you are new to the area and would like to meet new people, if so please tell us, come and join us, and you'll find we are a friendly crew! MANY friendships have been made so far over the 4 years that we've been jumping together!
